Our twenty-fifth wedding anniversary was spent in Chamonix, France, withour three college-aged children. In the morning, before skiing, we started theday with gulps of cafe au lait, croissant and baguettes. What a joy!

PLACE hot coffee in a hot coffee pot
In the second hot coffee pot, place themilk
